Hello dear readers! It is a glourious day here in TEXAS that is the perfect start to a new month. Do you remember the old tune, June Is Busting Out All Over? Well, I’m sitting here with my lap top in the gazabo, looking over the back garden that I have worked so hard at this Spring, and I am pleased to see it – busting out in a riot of color. Just a few more small projects to finish up, till my private oisis can be certified for wild birds and butterflies.
Now, late in the day – there’s wind and thunder and the smell of rain in the air, so perfect to curl up with a good book from my summer reading list and watch the black clouds roll in. Maybe I should check the flashlights and tornado closet first, be a darn shame to lose power, and not have my itty bitty book light.
