Hello my pets …
It is cold and wet and I miss my Home. Family business keeps me here another week, and I have been missing all of my callers and chat Friends.
This has been my 2nd visit to the Beaver State, and once again, the weather is so crappy, I still haven’t seen the elusive Mt. Hood. However, driving up the Colorado River was spectacular, where I spotted a rainbow, I had never seen the likes of before. So huge and bright, I could see it touch the river, and watched it shine for more than 40 miles.
Even in this grey and foggy state, there’s beauty around every turn and the damp weather is what we pay for vistas that make your heart skip, your breath catch, all while reminding us with eye-popping vastness- how tiny we truly are.
Keep sending those positive thoughts to your Miss Viv, as she digs through her past as fast as she can, so she can be Home, to Texas, where her heart truly is.
